The Digital Praise management team consists of three founding partners.

TOM BEAN
President, CEO/CFO
Tom is a proven leader with senior management experience and over eighteen years in the mortgage banking industry. He has served on various non-profit boards of directors including two terms on the Board of Trustees for Bethany College (Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee), and he earned a Bachelor's Degree at Oral Roberts University.

BILL BEAN
Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Bill has over twelve years of experience in software and hardware sales and marketing management. He formerly was the Product Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager at Caere Corporation, later ScanSoft Inc., where he managed all aspects of OmniForm and successfully drove product revenues from zero to over $8 million in just four years. Bill served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for American LegalNet, Inc., where he was responsible for launching, marketing and selling the online delivery platform of over 60,000 compliance-based legal documents.

PETER FOKOS
Chief Technology Officer
Peter was formerly Principal Engineer and Director of Software Engineering at The Learning Company (TLC). He is a twenty-four year veteran of the entertainment software industry. Before The Learning Company, Peter helped to build the development team at Disney Interactive. He was also a long time Game Developer at Activision with over twenty software titles to his credit. Peter has assembled an "A-list" team of experienced developers, artists, producers, and audio engineers who between them have over 150 years developing kids' titles for leaders such as Electronic Arts, The Learning Company, Nintendo, LeapFrog, Broderbund, Activision, and Sierra Software.
